The “MKUltra-Foods” domain is a stand-alone web project that imagines the CIA mind-control program went “legit” after it was exposed in the 1970s, primarily trading in a mind-control foodstuff called “Liquid Bacon.” The new and improved MKUltra-Foods includes an “Identity Reassignment Program” that welcomes visitors to participate.
